North Woodmere Golf Course is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in North Woodmere, New York.

North Woodmere Golf Course first opened for play in 1960. The course was designed by David Gordon.

North Woodmere, located near the water in the southwest part of Nassau County, is a 150-acre park that provides an executive-level 9-hole, par-31 golf course; the course is 2,282 yards. The park also offers a driving rangeThis course doesn't have any par 5's. Basically, this is a flat course that features a lake next to hole #9 that really doesn't come into play. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. This course is one of the five Municipal Golf Courses in Nassau County; the others are Bay Park, Christopher Morley Park, Cantiague Park, and Eisenhower Park.

Nice beginners course with not too many hazards. Price is great if you have Nassau county leisure pass! Drawback is MOSQUITOS! Load up on bug spray for Aug/Sept muggy days

Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level

Great County course, it's worth getting a Nassau County leisure pass if you live in the area to cut the cost of golf. I don't golf too often so this course if right up my alley. Not too hard with it being open and not too many hazards..

Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
